Once you continue, you must first verify whether tinted headlights are permissible in your state or country. Since most states do not have regulations that specifically address tinted headlights, this may be a bit complicated.
However, you should be aware that this change may be viewed as a breach of other motor vehicle laws.
Another thing to bear in mind is that your headlights must be able to emit light within the range permitted by state legislation to be considered roadworthy. Tinting your headlights will, of course, change how far they can light up in front. Things That You Need....

Steps of Applying Headlight Tint Spray
It's necessary to start with a clean set of headlights to ensure that the spray uniformly coats the surface.
Dirt and grime may be removed off the headlight lens with soap, water, and a microfiber or lint-free cloth. If you're going to use a spray tint, prepare the lens by sanding it with a 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and soapy water.
Wipe off the surface with rubbing alcohol to make sure it's clear of grease and dirt. If the headlight lenses are still foggy and clouded after cleaning, use a headlight repair kit to clean the plastic out before adding the tint.
For the best results, read and follow the instructions that came with the aerosol (spray) tint. Select a spray tint made specifically for use in headlights. Wearing protective gear, such as a disposable mask, before applying any spraying product is highly suggested to avoid breathing the spray.
Prepare your workspace and the headlight lenses. Use masking tape to cover any additional sections that you don't want to be sprayed. Placing the lens on a clean, solid work surface is essential.
Start with a thin layer on one headlight at a time. Maintain a one-foot distance from the surface by holding the spray can parallel to the lens.
Move the spray aerosol sideways as you spray the product. Make sure you don't spend too much time in one place.
Between jackets, take a pause. When spraying tints dry, they usually darken.
Wait until the surface is half-dry but still wet to prevent adding too much product. It should take about 20 minutes to complete this task.
Check the taped parts that have been sprayed to see if it is ready for another coat. Do not touch the surface of the lens.
Using the same method, apply a clear coat. After the tint has dried, apply a clear coat to give it a better finish and to protect it from UV rays and peeling.
Allow at least eight hours for the tape to dry before removing it. Let the headlights dry for at least 12 hours after applying a layer of clear coat. Wait until the lenses are dry before removing the adhesive.
Test the light output after reinstalling the headlight assembly. The final step is to reinstall the headlight assembly on the vehicle and verify that the light output after tinting complies with regulatory standards.
If you believe your freshly sprayed headlights are too dark, you should consider replacing the present bulb with a brighter one.
